Do you ever think it's too expensive to eat healthy? Well, think again. With proper planning  you'll not only eat healthier, but you'll also be saving a few extra bucks. Are you eating out everyday for lunch or packing one? Lunch alone can be quite an expense and less healthy at times. 

I know how exhausting it can be making that weekly trip to the grocery store. Sometimes I make a few. No matter what, I always make a list prior to going. First, I start with making a menu for the week. This helps me know what I am going to need on my list. I like to check the pantry to make sure I'm not about to buy items that I already have. I check the sale ads and clip coupons, as well. You can also download your favorite shopping app for extra savings. I love the Target Cartwheel app! 

Once I'm at the store, I make sure I stick to the list. I know how tempting it can be to want that tub of ice cream! Remember, you are trying to eat well on a budget. Less junk, less the expens...
